Can you be booked as both a band and DJs?
No, we are an acoustic duo and perform for ceremonies, Agape receptions, photoshoots, and, if desired, your first dance. However, we know several excellent DJs personally and can happily recommend someone for you.
Do you only play weddings?
No, we perform at all kinds of events — from corporate parties to birthday celebrations — always in our signature acoustic duo style. Just get in touch with us!
Do you take song requests?
We’re happy to accommodate song requests while keeping a consistent musical flow throughout. For the ceremony, four custom songs of your choice are always included. So if your favourite song isn’t on our repertoire list – don’t worry – we can learn it and perform it in our own heartfelt way.
Did I understand correctly – you can write an original song just for us?
Exactly! We offer the option to have an original song written and produced in a singer-songwriter style. Your personal memories and story become part of the lyrics and music, which we perform with emotion and sensitivity at your celebration. When do you arrive at the venue?
We typically arrive two to three hours before the event starts and need about 60 minutes for setup. The soundcheck usually takes place one hour before the celebration begins.
Do you provide a microphone for speeches?
Yes, our PA system can be used for speeches or announcements and includes a microphone.
Can you host or moderate the evening?
No, we interact with the audience as part of our performance, but we don’t act as professional wedding hosts or MCs.
Can we share your contact details?
We recommend sharing our contact with your best man or maid of honour. If guests ask for our details, you’re of course very welcome to pass them on.
Do you need hotel accommodation?
If the venue is less than about two hours from Vienna, we’re happy to drive home afterward. If that’s not the case, we’ll need either two single rooms or one double room close to the venue.
Do you require a stage?
We’re happy to perform on a stage if one is available, but it’s not essential.
Do you use the venue’s equipment?
We bring our own professional sound system. In certain cases, we may use an existing setup, though we generally prefer not to, as unfamiliar systems can sometimes cause interference or may not meet our sound standards.
How and when do we discuss the event details?
We usually schedule a video call to go over all the details. This typically happens two to four weeks before the event, once the overall plan is clear. If any questions arise before that, we’re happy to discuss them via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Which songs do you perform during the ceremony?
We prepare four songs of your choice for your ceremony. Most of our performances are in English, though we’ve also performed German and Italian songs upon request.
Do you perform in my region, and what are your travel costs?
We charge a flat rate of €0.42 per km. Performances across Austria and neighbouring countries within 500 km of Vienna are easily possible by car. If you’re farther away, simply contact us and we’ll find a solution together.
Do you have any dietary requirements?
Jimmy enjoys all types of food, while Dave is a vegetarian and lactose-intolerant. However, wedding buffets typically offer a wonderful selection, so there’s always something suitable for everyone.
What happens if you can’t perform due to illness?
We’ve never had to cancel a performance. We’re connected with several excellent duos and, in the unlikely event of illness, we would organise a suitable replacement.
